1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request the refund within 3 calendar days of your digital card going live.
• Your payment was made directly to Truvyra Global.
• Your account has not violated our Terms & Conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The refund request is made after the 3-day window has passed.
• The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• The card was used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Renewal payments after the initial year — please cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within the 3-day window:

• Email: support@digitalxcards.in
• Subject: Refund Request — [Your Card URL]
• Include: Your registered phone number or email and the reason for your request (optional).

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

• UPI / PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm: 1–3 business days
• Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
• Net Banking: 3–5 business days

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. The refund amount is always the full amount paid (₹499 or applicable plan price) — no deductions, no processing fees charged to you.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations:

• Take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
• Will not result in a refund after the 3-day guarantee window.
• Will deactivate your digital card URL at subscription end.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
